Daily Duties at Sarcom:
Project managed total Information Technology solutions: hardware and software acquisitions, desktop and network services, helpdesk and e-commerce. Established CMAS with Microsoft for SARCOM. Certified by Microsoft and Cisco as a Sales Specialist. From the ground up, built relationships, contracts and support structures to provide IT products and services to the City of San Jose and County of Santa Clara, while ensuring total customer satisfaction with project timelines, scope and budget.
