Maintain outside relationships with Affiliate loan agents, Brokers, Realtors, Residential Builders, CPA’s and Financial Advisors for business development. • Prepare and deliver presentations on new loan products offered by our primary investors, train Loan Agents, Sales Agents and Broker Partners to in-house read rate sheets and matrices to navigate, qualify and fund various types of non-prime and prime loans that were available through our various correspondent banking partners. • Work with Sales Managers and Branch Operations Managers within my network to design and implement various web-based pipeline and lead distribution and management systems for day to day loan origination reports. • Contact and follow up with large network of Real Estate Agents, Real Estate Brokers and Loan Officers to introduce new products and provide on-going support and follow up for automated loan originations.
