o Directed and managed Process Engineering group (8-12 salaried personnel team) in full scope of engineering and R&D development of state-of-the-art HDD processes and production equipment o Led program and project management efforts; Managed assigned operations to achieve goals within available resources; Planed and organized workload and staff assignments; o Supervised multiple projects and programs ranging from $100K to 3,450K budgets. Led cost analysis and project assessments that led to cost saving and projects cancellation or redirection.
