Daily Duties at Goodwill Industries Of Northern New England:
I was the Administrative Assistant in the Training department of Human Resources and also supported managers in various Human Services Departments.
I input and tracked training evaluations, produced monthly excel reports, typed meeting notes, created training fliers, updated and stored notes on medication errors and "Administrator On Duty" pages, and reported to the Training Director.
From 4/2005 - 8/2006
I changed roles and became the Administrative Assistant in the Human Resources Department. I no longer held the Training and Human Services Department duties, and instead served as the internal receptionist for HR providing customer services to internal and external customers alike. I began assisting the Employment Manager and conducted weekly new hire orientations, processed and distributed employment and volunteer applications, answered phones, in person questions, and retrieved employee files for managers.
I also created new hire folders and ensured paperwork was accurate.
