Daily Duties at Kofax Imaging :
Responsible for acting as the technical advisor for the Domestic Sales Managers and Sales Engineers, managing the day to day scheduling of the Sales Engineers and for their ongoing formal technical training and managing major reseller's and end user's account's technical issues which included interface and application development, technical training, technical support, and integration issues. These development and integration issues included the development of third party Document Management Systems. Development tasks were primarily Visual Basic, DHTML, Java Scripting, and Visual Basic Scripting. In addition, maintained and configured field office's Information Systems, which included LANs connected to the corporate WAN via VPN, remote Exchange connections, ONYX CRM software, WebEX, regional web servers, Microsoft Office Applications, and Lotus Notes Applications.
