Patent initiated and completed. - Achieved simulation and design of digital PLL high stability 68HC controlled 14 bits modulation synthesizer. - Designed PWM amplifier as 1KW, DC to 55kHz, 0.1%THD, MOSFET, 96% Efficiency, 68HC controlled for current modulation into 6.6A/7.5kV CCR with ringing-noise cancellation, front end and filtering.
