Provided Customer Service to clients regarding product information, exchanges, returns, order adjustments and refunds, and any complaints.Courteously and efficiently processed between 90 - 100 calls per day. Liaison between Consultants and Corporate, including assisting consultants with calculating commissions. Traced UPS Shipemtns, handled claims, followed up with customers and consultants
