Daily Duties at Hamlet Homes:
Set up all contract documents in sales system and maintain weekly sales reports for approximately 280 closings annually; Administered all price changes and notify system administrator of all pricing updates; Add and verify all sales contract information to insure accuracy and enter into system; Attend all sales meetings, interact with sales team, management team and homebuyers; Build construction budgets and report discrepancies in pricing to estimating and production in a timely manner; Compile all plans and specifications for Mortgage appraisers as required.
