Responsible for all banking relations including setting up vertical and horizontal loans for new projects, all bank accounts, wires, and ACH direct deposits. Implemented new accounting/project management software. Manage all new and retired fixed assets. Prepare payroll for over 75 employees, both salary and hourly including posting to appropriate job cost accounts. Over saw all inter-company transactions. Attend all project management meetings and interact with project managers. Promoted from accounting manager to controller after two months of employment. Supervised a staff of three including accounts payable, staff accountant and a payroll/human resource.
