Daily Duties at Re/Max:
Increased Productivity, Sales Team and Profits exponentially by recruiting, training and paying attention to detail of the day to day operations. Perform Market Analysis/Trends. Teaching Presentation Based Selling methods, holding training session’s bi-monthly and various events for Realtors on current market trends as well as one on one training. I use these and other means by which to recruit other realtors and by taking the stance of being their Broker, Before being their Broker. Coordinate Real Estate Closings with Clientele, Inspection Companies, Title Companies and Lenders.
