Daily Duties at Ubiquity Brands:

�Support two executives and staff of 40. Travel oordinator and calendar management for the CEO and the senior executive team. Successfully coordinated numerous meetings to include a defining sales meeting at the Four Seasons in Dallas $60,000.00 budget. �Overall daily responsibility of the office, as well as coaching two direct reports. Annual appraisals, developmental discussions, and skills advancement. �Primary contact with all headquarters vendors, approved $500,000, responsible for accuracy and disbursement of $10 MM. �Realized productivity through numerous initiatives to include a 5% turndown in office supplies by merging plant locations into a mutual account. Additional reduction of 48% (from .25 to .13 per minute) annually by switching conference call vendors. �Successfully took on the challenge of managing the human resources function for the corporate office, which included recruitment, interviewing, paring down candidates and on boarding all new hires. Also served as the benefits manage for the Company�s medical and 401k plan.
