Answered incoming calls in the BSTV (Big Screen Television) Home Repair department regarding scheduling for repair service calls. Received escalated calls from customers dissatisfied with service that needed resolution. Requested exchanges for customers whose televisions could not be repaired. Approved estimates for the cost of repairs. Worked as a liaison between the customers and the repair vendors (3rd party contractors). Used Peregrine Service Center, Lotus Notes 6.5, Act5a32 emulator and Astea Production computer applications to document information and track repair progress.
