Daily Duties at Lawrence County Mh/Mr Program:
·Prepare budgets and maintain complex fiscal accounting records. ·Preparing, administering and directing the control of the budget ·Performing technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance ·Gathering, analyzing, preparing and summarizing recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements, operating forecasts, etc. ·Controlling the planning and budgeting process ·Reporting and analyzing variances from plans ·Prepare variety of reports to comply with federal, state, and county fiscal requirements. ·Review, post, and process accounting data to ledgers and journals. ·Conduct small scale audits of provider agencies, review client’s rep payee accounts and MH/MR funded vehicle usage. ·Assist in preparation of financial information for the MH and MR “annual plans” required by the Dept. of Public Welfare.
