Daily Duties at Countrywide:

• The first point of contact between seller and Countrywide Mortgage on all due diligence related issues. • Assessed loan attributes and documentation for soundness and accuracy • Reviewed, evaluated and synthesized data to ascertain loan viability and identify risk issues and potential fraud • Evaluated debt ratio, loan to value ratios, credit score, property valuation and various other factors • Determined and documented loan conditions and communicated requirements and/or decisions • Identified, recommended and/or negotiated alternative loan requirements, funding and/or loan-structuring solutions • Performed monthly QC reviews of underwriting samples to ensure compliance with company underwriting guidelines and investor requirements.
