Scan all paper documents (outside hospital visits, ECGs, lab results, etc.) into electronic medical record Process release of information requests Audit charts for completeness & accuracy of information Process paperwork for medical clearances of detainees Input demographic information on new detainees to open new charts Assist medical providers with obtaining medical records from other facilities Prepare documents for detainees being deported to other countries
