Daily Duties at Unilever:
•Served as back up for Cash Application Manager in her absence with regard to daily routines, reporting and supervision of 6 Cash Application Specialists. •Assisted Cash Application Manager in identifying and solving process and procedural issues. •Worked closely with Sarbanes-Oxley Auditors to establish required processes and procedures to maintain compliance. •Assisted/Managed the processing of approximately 60,000 checks totaling $4.7 Billion on an annualized basis resulting in meeting and/or exceeding established key performance indicator of 48 hours •Worked regularly with Sales, Deduction Analysts, and Credit & Collection Specialists to apply cash in a timely and accurate manner. •Facilitated daily lockbox reconciliations.
