Hired in June 1999 as Inside Sales support to outside sales team. Earned promotion in November 1999 to District Sales Manager for eastern Michigan. Business partners with Ameritech. Managed over 10 people in helping them integrate Video Conferencing and Data solutions to their new and existing clients. Obtained 100% of quota after 3months
