Responsible for prospecting, scheduling appointments, interviewing, testing and referencing candidates. Evaluate applicants’ previous employment, application information technical skills, assessment results, education, certifications, and presentation for employment placement. Determine the suitability of the applicant for employment and determine if qualified for specific temporary assignments. Follow-up on all administrative actions for background investigation, drug testing, and referencing. Ensure all applicants are briefed on time cards, company policies, and benefits. Average 10 to 15 interviews weekly and over 20 dialed connects daily. Utilize candidate database and major job boards.
