Accepted inbound calls with scheduled cargo transport. Analyzed cargo dimensions and ensured the appropriate vehicle was selected for cargo transport. Conducted follow up calls and documented all actions in Comet transportation software. Mailed invoices and delinquent statements to companies. Conducted business to business collection calls. Established business accounts and mailed marketing materials. Provided cargo transport estimates and solicited discount client accounts. Accepted 30 to 40 calls daily. Also part time courier.
