Training resulted in an over production of 143% recruiting goals. Performed task evaluations and identified deficiencies, training requirements, and performance standards. Designed sales and performance standards and training for subordinates. Interviewed and screened new hires for various campus positions. Increased gross/net productions and thoroughly managed department’s production conversion rates.
