Daily Duties at Sierra Auto:
Generated sales contracts using Auto Manager system, tracked inventory and flooring on used vehicles, in-house financing and collections, daily bookkeeping, parts ordering and submitting customer credit packages to outside finance companies for approval. Communicating with financial companies for additional documents requested, etc. Weekly DMV visits to obtain titles on sold vehicles. Maintained all aspects required in running a small business office, i.e., renewing licenses pertaining to the auto dealership, interfacing with auto auctions, etc. Researching new and innovative ways to improve and or advertise the business.
