Daily Duties at Omaha Steaks:
Answer phone calls from customers and assist them with payment, product or delivery issues. Respond to customer correspondence via mail and email. Contact customers in regard to any issues with their orders such as payment, address or product availability issues. Provide back up service to the switchboard operator. Place orders for customers who are unable to do so for themselves. Other tasks as assigned.
