Daily Duties at Pacific Investment Management Co:
Allocation analysis for accounts, holdings studies, & resolution of trade flow issues. Daily interaction with the Broker Community via telephone & Bloomberg focusing primarily on odd lot bid lists & Trade confirmation/issue resolution. Generate MBS Pool, TBA, and ABS/CDS Holdings reports, specific acct compliance reports, & other ad-hoc security/holdings reports as needed. I am responsible for reducing the turn-around time for report requests by 50% thru the creation and automation of several daily & quarterly holdings reports.
