Includes development of agency/agent contracts, commissions, bonus (both inside sales and agent), licensing and training procedures, marketing collateral, internal and external communication pieces, spokesperson for the division to the managing agencies and client counsels. Developed system to incorporate general agencies in distribution of all individual products. Started development of list bills and non branded products.
