Daily Duties at Wells Fargo:
Consistently ranked in the top ten percent of tellers for the state of Texas in sales. Was top in my market and ninth of 2500 tellers in the state. Won numerous branch and city-wide sales awards. Responsibilities included teller operations oversight, teller product knowledge and sales coaching, schedule making, and ensuring excellent customer service at all times. Accountable for weekly cash ordering, compliance with Federal and state laws, ATM maintenance, vault balancing, customer follow up, and opening and closing of branch. Undertook numerous additional projects, including customer birthday list, thank you cards, daily return checks log (including calling each customer to maintain positive account balances). Sales motivator for teller team, including training, coaching, and incentives. Made many cold or warm sales calls with great results.
