Daily Duties at Convergys:

Handled high call loads from state employees and managers regarding various HR topics. Maintain high expectations of accuracy, call times, knowledge, customer service, rules, regulations, and all policies. Accurately directed managers through all HR stages; from hiring to terminations, including policy questions, performance plans/evaluations, raises, etc. Maintained top customer service rating of customers and top call times ratings for the entire site. Took on various extra projects, such as writing up and web displaying procedures to make them more accessible to our agents and easier to understand thereby increasing their job efficiency, leading and organizing training and refresher courses for the agents. Aided new agents for their first two weeks on the floor with questions and hands on training.
