Daily Duties at Affiliated Computer Services:
Human resources call center benefits department representative. Assisted employees to understanding the benefits available to them & resolving any issues they had in regards to those benefits. Participated in making Annual Enrollment elections for employees over the phone & providing information in regards to benefits. Assisted employees with Infobank password resets. Also assisted in payroll related issues. Processed QMCSO (Qualified Medical Child Support Orders) in accordance with federal guidelines & court order requests. Appeals Processor. Assisted senior processor in reviewing appeals submitted by employees regarding benefits, eligibility, & guidelines & chose a course of action based on situation, company policies, & federal guidelines. Completed correspondence. Payroll representative. Assisted employee�s with understanding general payroll information regarding deductions, taxes, refunds, pay, & processing. QMCSO Processor. Processed Qualifying Medical Child Support orders based on specification required & company policies. Updated records & completed correspondence. Systems used: Infobank, FEPS, ESS, MSS, Clarify, Ultipro, ODM, CCE Toolkit, Robohelp, KLG Pass & AIS, Phone Agent, Outlook, MS Word, & Excel.
