Daily Duties at Bland Management, Inc:

? Using a dial-up program to dial in to each of five McDonald’s stores to download various daily, weekly and monthly reports including a cashless or credit/debit card report, accounting ledger, payroll, and various other reports necessary for the end of the month. ? Maintain a weekly and monthly Excel Spreadsheet on the cashless sales and cash deposits used in the end of the month accounting. ? Generate and file monthly Sales Tax payments as well as monthly Meals Tax payments to two counties. ? Verify and correct any errors to the check reconciliation statement from the accountant for the end of the month profit and loss statement sent to the McDonald’s Corporation. ? Solely responsible for entering figures into proprietary payroll program submitted via FTP to the payroll company. ? Enter new employees into the payroll database as well as the McDonald’s store ISP computer, track and issue their uniforms and name tags and maintain the Last Check policy to retrieve uniforms when employees leave our company. ? Solely responsible for entering bills into Quicken, tracking when the bills are due, generating checks for the owner to sign, and organizing signed checks by due date to mail on appropriate dates. ? Create, implement and maintain a filing system for the check and bill stubs as well as other necessary paperwork. ? Solely responsible for maintaining and following up on Workman’s Compensation claims and acting as a liaison between the employee, the hospital or doctor, and the insurance company to pay bills received by employees for Workman’s Compensation claims. ? Check mail at a local post office and checking the McDonald’s Partners and Bland Management emails daily and respond to necessary emails. ? Purchase office supplies online and act as a liaison between the store managers and vendors to obtain the necessary equipment and supplies to manage the store. ? Solely responsible for enrolling and disenrolling employees and managers in their health insurance program. ? Perform basic office manager duties to include answering phones, file, copy necessary forms for the managers meetings, and ensure that there are refreshments on hand for meetings. ? Make necessary deliveries to the stores for the managers.
