? Use QuickBooks accounting software to enter payables. ? Generate checks for clients and mail if a signature stamp is provided or mail the check to the client for them to sign and mail. ? Generate and mail invoices. ? Receive payments for clients and make deposits at various banking institutions. ? Receive tenant rent via mail and wire transfers. ? Process and print payroll checks including direct deposit paychecks. ? Process monthly and quarterly Payroll Tax reports. ? Make Payroll tax payments online through EFTPS and various other state filing web sites as well as provide clients with forms to file on their own. ? Log in to online banking and update EFT and POS transactions weekly. ? Reconcile bank statements received via mail, fax, or downloaded online monthly. ? Enter credit card transactions and reconcile statements monthly. ? Generate and mail retainer and hourly invoices for accounting services for clients as well as track and generate invoices for postage and couriers. ? Using Excel, track reconciliations completed monthly as well as quarterly payroll tax filings. ? Using Word Perfect, generate and mail late notices for vendors as well as tenant late notices. ? Ensure that tenants meet court mandated payment requirements. ? Create procedural memos for employees to complete client work successfully. ? Assemble bound income tax returns. ? Receive and distribute mail to appropriate associates.
