INBOUND CALL CENTER - ANSWERING CALLS FOR VARIOUS CLIENTS RANGING FROM PAGING SERVICES TO ACCOUNTS LIKE COX COMMUNICATIONS, PBS, EXXONMOBIL, BARNES AND NOBLE, AMERICAN EXPRESS AND 1800 FLOWERS. ALSO SERVED AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST FOR SPRINT PCS RESPONSIBLE FOR ACTIVATING, UPGRADING AND CANCELLATION OF SERVICES, BILLING AND PAYMENT ISSUES. SUBMITTING TROUBLE TICKETS FOR EQUIPMENT AND SERVICE ISSUES AND PROCESSING PAYMENT TRANSACTIONS.
