Daily Duties at Todays Office Staffing At Thomson Inc.:
Maintain logs covering sponsorship, advertising barter programs, trade agreements, and donations by checking pricing by retail, transfer & dealer costs, checking availability, and keeping track not to exceed sponsorship agreement amounts. Manage product needs for advertising photo shoots and tv commercials. Opening, sorting, distributing, collecting, packaging, and processing of daily mail & overnight shipments. Maintain schedules and scheduling meeting rooms. Schedule travel arrangements and follow-up with expense reports. Type memos, letters, spreadsheets, presentations, compositin of forms, etc., as necessary. Other duties as necessary.
