Obtains the neccessary financial and medical information from all clients so that they can be cleared for placement in a long term /sub acute care facility. maintains an inquiry file between 3 facilitiees to ensure proper placement for future clients. Assists withthe perparation of all admission process forms to ensure that everyone has proper information for an organized admission. Compiles and dist4ributes the daily census for 3 facilities. Carries out all department duties in a timely manner.
