Daily Duties at Homemade Gourmet, Inc:
Managed all production, distribution, purchasing, inventory, and quality control during the highest growth year in the company’s history ($3.2 to $14 mil). Lead the construction, design, and relocation of all manufacturing, distribution, and quality control during peak season with no lost days of production. Managed the hiring & training of 120 employees in 45 days. Researched and implemented new automation processes, while maintaining the highest quality standards required by our customers. Helped lead implementation of a new accounting & inventory system. Helped implement a customer “focus group” to more clearly define our customers’ desires.
