Daily Duties at Express Scripts :

Customer Service Supervisor Take incoming calls regarding patient’s prescriptions, orders, billing information, insurance benefit questions and problem resolution. Calls were resolved with detailed notes of the conversation and given reference numbers, etc. Customer service and problem solving skills are the highest priorities at this location with an emphasis on first call resolution. *Achieved supervisory (Resolution Specialist) position and have flourished within the one year that I've been in the position. This area requires a variety of customer service soft skills, projects, assignments at random, talking to members, taking escalated calls, working out a positive solution with the caller and coming to a positive ending when at all possible for the patient and the customer. I also have been assigned a special project regarding our pharmacy partial fill issues and correcting all of them, entailing several thousand member's accounts to be adjusted and also contacting them and making sure billing was processed correctly. Also I was invited to a conference/meeting based out of St. Mary's, GA doing many hours of value stream mapping and assisting with a major merger in our company. Also while at this job, I've been working with our pharmacy during out merger with ESI's front end pharmacy and have been licensed as a certified pharmacy technician trainee.
