* Supervise five Managers who oversee 72,000 hours of weekly business in Northern California * National point of contact for a national client with 9,500 hours of weekly business. * Provide timely, in-depth and comprehensive forecasts, projections and data to senior management. * Work to generate new business and drive AlliedBarton’s strategic initiatives. * Create opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and tools to achieve business development objectives. * Coach, counsel and develop personnel to assist with their opportunity for advancement.
