Daily Duties at Im Clone System Inc:
• Create and maintain security requests for user accounts created in Active Directory • Create accounts in Lotus Notes 6.5 as well as recertifying ids and security requests within Lotus Notes • Implemented BlueSocket Wireless LAN • Configure network printers • Setup servers with Windows 2000 Server, Windows 2000 Advanced Server, Windows 2003 Server, Windows 2003 Enterprise Server. • Responsible for all backups using Veritas Backup Exec for Windows and ArcServe 2000 • Create packages and advertisements in SMS • Create QA Documentation for servers per FDA requirements • Create accounts in Documentum • Create and maintain our tickets logged in Assyst • Provide support for first and second level groups as well as other third level support • Level II support with help desk calls – including troubleshooting lotus notes, software installs, hardware setups such as printers, scanners, etc., other software troubleshooting and imaging machines using Symantec Ghost • Work with users on the phone as well as in person • Create SOP’s for setting up computers and software • Migrating users from Windows NT and Windows 2000 to Windows XP Pro • Maintain TechExcel, our helpdesk database
