• Responsible for monitoring backups using Veritas Backup Exec for Windows 10 • Create and maintain security requests for user accounts created in Active Directory • Setup network printers • Troubleshoot Outlook issues • Troubleshoot XP issues • Setup wireless and troubleshoot • Setup and configure new laptops and desktops • Work with Sales Force daily • Managed and maintained LogMeIn • Use remote tools such as LogMeIn, SMS, and Remote Desktop • Setup and maintain servers • Setup, deployed, and managed LogMeIn to all of our remote users
