Daily Duties at Comp Usa:

Managed the corporate Help Desk during a very high growth period which saw 60+ new stores established within 2 years. Supervised a team of 8-12 staff that provided 24x7 first and second level customer assistance for 83 retail sites. Subsequently selected to manage new store IT teams, responsible for wiring, installing and testing technology systems. Also managed the POS (Point of Sale) application development team.
