Built, setup, and maintain Windows Server 2003 servers for all 14 offices; Setup/maintain hardware and software for Windows XP workstations, Mitel phone system, Office Messenger voicemail, ShoreTel VoIP Phone and Voicemail System; Setup/maintain user accounts in Active Directory, e-mail accounts in Microsoft Exchange; Conduct daily backups using LTO library and Veritas Backup Exec; Hardware and software user support for approx. 170 local employees; Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and errors for servers including DNS and AD, as well as Exchange accounts; Prepare and present monthly software training classes for employees; Archive and maintain all non-active data for the company; Support analysts in other offices
