Daily Duties at Univision:
? Travel arrangements for all managers and Vice President ? Purchasing of all office supplies ? Organizer of all company gatherings and meetings including parties for over 200 guests ? Maintain complete and accurate filings of all business relations including: scheduling of day to day activities, vacations, and weekends for the Vice President and General Manager ? Processing of sales orders and filings for some customers ? Communication Liaison for all incoming and outgoing business relations ? Drafting commercials from Spanish to English, and all profiles for all business relations ? Calculation of minutes expenditure for all sales orders.
