Provided second-level support for Help Desk support personnel and responded to calls from Corporate headquarters, outlying stations, marketing offices and airport terminals nation-wide. Daily responsibilities included system administration and troubleshooting problems, such as, software installation, network printing, laptop support and e-mail administration. Expert in Novell NetWare 3.X and 4.X. provided support for customers using Microsoft Windows operating systems, all components of Microsoft Officer Suite, GroupWise mail and numerous airline-specific applications. Worked with Citrix and Metaframe users across the system. Upgraded operating systems and applications.
