Daily Duties at Sanz, Inc.:
Responded to calls nation-wide. Managed and prioritized multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Troubleshot issues with backup and restoration of critical data on multiple platforms – Windows NT/2000 and various flavors of UNIX. Supported multiple computer operating systems, tape libraries and assorted types of media. Dispatched service technicians to repair tape libraries, optical jukeboxes, HBA JNI cards, switches and routers. Supported customers 24 hours a day via remote access during on-call rotation.
