• Maintained the integrity of the computer software system used for billing and scheduling in coordination with the Perioperative Systems Analyst • Supervised all users of the computer software system within Perioperative Services for best practices in data entry, billing and scheduling of patients • Served as primary resource for best practices for all billing, data entry and scheduling services • Prepared standard and ad hoc custom reports • Documented policies, procedures and guidelines for use of the computer software used for billing and scheduling of patients • Trained new users and provides continuing education of present users of the computer software for billing and scheduling
