Responsible for all Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Tax Reporting and Payments. Implemented and coordinated Medical Coverage Compiled A/R, A/P, Payroll, Inventory and Tax Reports for owners. Implemented marketing program. Updated and maintained customer and employee files. Provided first line customer service via telephone. Responsible for all general office administrative duties including filing, faxing, mailing, copying etc.
