Key player and point of contact for the support of SunFed Siebel CRM (Customer Relationship Management) PTO (Prospect to Order) and DMPt (Global Deal Management Tool) systems, which includes the following tasks: Data Maintenance, Application Support and Maintenance, Release Management, Serve as focal point and coordinator for bugs and RFE's for SunFed CRM and DMPt user community, CRM Technical Lead, Security and Audit.
