Daily Duties at Prc:
Responsible for enterprise-wide development of processes and procedures for sales (operational) performance enhancement. This is accomplished through root cause determination of consultative sales performance, analysis of those findings, creation of behavior based solutions, training and deployment of those methodologies, and the establishment of Key Performance Indicator and Service Level Agreement based measurements.
