Daily Duties at Boeing Co.:
Represents the Learning, Training, and Development (LTD) group to the customer as a training Subject Matter Expert (SME) for process and tools that impact LTD deliverables and commitments. Synthesizes information from various engineering and manufacturing customers (Domain Teams, Life Cycle Product Teams (LCPT’s) and LTD Project SME’s) to integrate and execute learning solutions support plans for global development and delivery. Develops and implements strategic plans to increase cost efficiency and quality. Performs Training Front-End analyses that synthesizes customer capabilities into learning solution recommendations for the end-users. Uses the Training Front-End Analysis data to develop integrated solution projects and plans. Assists in developing estimates of resources, costs, and schedules for learning solutions to successfully support program capabilities.
