Daily Duties at United Healthcare:
1. Provide technical assistance and reporting related to claims to internal and external customers. 2. Assist in developing and producing accurate reports using data from mainframe systems, MS Access, and the data warehouse. 3. Assist in developing and producing accurate executive level reports using data from mainframe systems, MS Access, and the data warehouse. 4. Assist in preparing statistics using historical data and apply to data mining for future recovery opportunities. 5. Assist with problem solving related to system issues and benefit / procedure changes. 6. Export data from mainframe system to MS Access and / or data warehouse. 7. Maintain a reporting turnaround time of 2 to 3 business days. 8. Train / mentor coworkers. 9. 4+ years experience with writing SQL queries in an Oracle environment. 10. 3 years experience with Actuate 8. 11. 1+ years experience with MiniTab 14.
