Daily Duties at Rancho California Water District:

Provided Customer Service in person and over the phone by answering questions. Billing functions including researching account histories, setting up new accounts, preparing and calculation of utility charges, and cashiering. Assisted with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and inventory and cash receipts. Prepared journal entries, reconciled accounts, prepare work orders. General office duties including filing, data entry and customer service. Conducted customer water service request such as turning service on or off, reading meters as determined by the daily route, and accurately recording the information into hand held device. Distribution of notifications for various service requests. Assisted in the installation, removal and or relocation of construction meters. Identified meter service and readings for irregularities or inconsistencies.
