Daily Duties at Crosscheck Inc.:
Provided support to Merchants, Sales Support Representatives and Credit Card Processors by assisting them in the process of programming and trouble shooting their Point of Sale Equipment. Received inbound calls and provided excellent customer service and technical assistance in relation to various Point of Sale Equipment, Products and Services. Initiated contact to merchants at the start of an account to assist them with set up and necessary programming to educate them on the proper use and function of their newly issued equipment. Extensive training and knowledge of equipment providers and software including; Ingenico, Hypercom, Lipman, Thales, RDM, and Verifone.
